On Monday, a great article in Advertising Age's Good Works section was published about the Don't Move Firewood campaign! Here at campaign headquarters, we are thrilled to have the positive recognition of our efforts in such a well regarded publication. Here's a quote that shows how impressive our campaign can be!

 

In the past year, an estimated 6 million people have been exposed to the message through the campaign, which has more than 2,000 social-media followers on Twitter and Facebook. In addition, the website won an ADDY Award and is being included in the upcoming HarperCollins book "Design for the Greater Good."

Also, as a brief aside, the first (and, as of this writing, only) comment on the AdAge website is someone saying they've never heard of us and they own a fireplace. Of course that's a shame, but considering the contiguous USA has a population of over 280 million people, and we think we might have reached 6 million so far, I wouldn't say this represents a failure on our part. Just work that needs to be done!
